Welcome to the City of Plano Online Check Register!

This website provides you the capability of viewing information regarding expenses for the City of Plano. The information is broken down into three expense types: Accounts Payable, Payroll and Risk Management.

The information within each expense type can be narrowed through the use of start and end dates. Please note that the available data is for October 1, 2009 and later. The data provided will be updated on a periodic basis and the last update date for each expense type can be found at the bottom of that page.

Once the expense type is selected, there are several options to view data, capability to drill down for more detail, capability to sort the data by column, capability to search on certain fields, and the capability to export the data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
